As an Administrative clerk, you’ll be providing administrative support and clerical support to the Finance department. You will spend your summer gaining invaluable experience in a fun-loving environment.

What does your typical day look like?

  • Providing administrative clerical support
    • Provide internal mailing service
    • Maintain office supplies inventory
  • Matching invoices with the original bills and send the packages to the clients
  • Validating information
  • Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal clients

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • High school Diploma (or Equivalent)
  • Accounting experience (1-3 years) or equivalent
  • French and English required, both spoken and written
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office and Accounting Software
  • Process oriented
  • Attention to detail
