Hourly remuneration ranging from $16 to $20 per hour, depending on experience, plus a bonus for each qualified appointment.
Initiate telephone communications with targeted companies (prospects) in order to generate interest in our customers' products and/or services.
Promotes clients' products and services by adopting the agreed approach (telephone protocols/scripts established and approved by clients).
Propose and schedule qualified appointments with companies (prospects) that have expressed an interest.
Perform data entry into the database, Excel files or CRM (customer relationship management software).
Send documentation to designated companies, confirmations for making appointments by email and ensure the necessary follow-up.
Ensure regular communication with the account manager for any needs or particularities encountered.
Compile statistics or information required according to the needs of customers and Business.

Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written/a very good command of the French language
Work experience related to marketing, telephone survey, call center or any other experience related to the field of employment
Diploma of college studies in progress or obtained in a relevant field of study
Interest in the B2B (business-to-business) business environment
Excellent command of Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ease of use of technological tools
Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, reliability/punctuality and discretion
Autonomy, sense of organization, planning, management of multi projects and prioritization
