Telephone prospecting: outgoing calls for customer
o Communicate by phone in order to interest prospects in our client’s product/services;
o Schedule qualified appointments with targeted prospects for different mandates;
o Conduct conversations as to respect the established telephone protocol;
o Note the comments in the database or in a CRM for this purpose;
o Send out documents to interested customers;
o Stay in communication with the account manager for any difficulty, lack of information or other.

o Flexible schedule from: 8h30 et 17h00 (Monday to Friday)
o French & English: Spoken and written
o At ease with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook…) CRM an advantage;
o Interest in B2B: commercial, services, distribution, manufacture;
o At ease with conducting a telephone conversation;
o Comfortable with convincing and ability to argue;
o Autonomy, professionalism, reliability and discretion;
o Efficiency, dynamic, interpersonal skills and capable of self-motivation;
o Marketing experience, telephone survey or call centers (an advantage).
o Great organizational skills and good work ethics;
o Result oriented person with a sense of responsibility and punctuality;
