Description of the Role As the Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for all visitors to Grace Village and be responsible for providing information and direction to visitors, while administering COVID screening requirements as per applicable guidelines during the pandemic. Your role is to provide excellent customer service and to demonstrate an empathetic and sensitive manner while welcoming and screening all individuals visiting Grace Village. You will also respond to resident, family and employee inquiries in person and by phone, relaying calls and messages to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements, Skills and Abilities
• Excellent English communication skills with working knowledge of French
• Strong customer service
• Personable, approachable, empathetic and positive
• Ability to exercise sound judgment under stressful circumstances
• Ability to understand and protect confidential information
• Commitment to providing an exceptional experience for all individuals visiting Grace Village
