Job description
As a member of the Maintenance Department, you will help maintain the Wales building, grounds, and equipment for the safety and wellbeing of its residents and employees. Specifically, you will perform tasks coordinated by the Maintenance Manager, including painting, plumbing, electricity, and fixing whirlpool baths, dishwashers, kitchen equipment, laundry machines, small appliances, heating systems, and more. You will be responsible for daily pick-up of garbage on units and, when necessary, will unload deliveries in the Stock Room.
Wanted profile
- Good knowledge of plumbing, painting, electricity, etc.
- Capacity to repair motorized equipment and tools, like four wheelers, snow blowers, weed wackers, lawn mowers, drills, etc.
- Minimum of one to three in maintenance
