Got an idea, but not
sure where to start? These monthly workshops will take you through the complete
process of starting, plotting, structuring, and editing your novel. Over the
course of the series, we’ll also explore self-publishing and how to find an
agent or a publisher.
There are two main
paths to getting published: traditional publishing and self-publishing. For June’s workshop, we’ll be looking at the process of how to self-publish your work,
starting with options for editing and formatting your work, cover design,
platforms, costs, and marketing. As this is the final workshop of the series,
participants are encouraged to bring along the first page of their novel to
share with the group – though this is optional.
