We are happy to announce that we are launch our live poetry series this summer. Our first event will be held at 7 pm on June 2nd at Cafe Bar sans Frontiere, 240 Dufferin, Stanstead. This event will be hosted and programmed by the very talented Derek Webster, and will feature Sarah Venart, who won the QWF award recently for her book “I Am the Big Heart” Harold Hoefle who teaches poetry at John Abbott, and whose book “The Night Chorus” came out in 2018 with McGill-Queens, Sean Singer, from New York City to read from his recent book “Today in the Taxi” published by Tupelo Press. Sean was the Yale younger poet winner in 1999, chosen by WS Merwin, and lastly, Melanie Power, whose book “Full Moon of Afraid and Craving” came out last year.
