Summer Adventures Bingo – Official Drawing Rules

Eligibility Entry Dates
This drawing is open to all residents of the Historical Eastern Townships region of the province of Quebec. Participants must be between 0 and 120 years of age at the time of participating. Townshippers’ Association and Mental Health Estrie personnel, and any individuals living with them, are not eligible to receive a prize.
To be eligible for the drawing, participants must register, complete, and submit a minimum of 5 activities in a row on the bingo card. Once completed, the participants must:
• Return their completed bingo card, or a list of the activities completed, by e-mail to nm@townshippers.org. They can also call the Townshippers’ office at 819-566-5717 and leave their name and phone number, and mention Summer Adventures; one of the organizers will return their call.
Please note each registered participant can receive one or multiple entries for the prize drawing by:
• Completing one row on the bingo card (1 entry), or;
• Completing two or more rows (2 entries), or;
• Completing the entire bingo card (5 entries), and/or;
• Sharing pictures or videos of their self-care activities on the group Facebook page or by email (1 entry per activity), up to a maximum of 10 entries.
Social Media Disclaimer:
All entry information and photos/videos must comply with the Guidelines and Restrictions defined below.
Each participant warrants and represents the following with respect to sharing a photo/video:
a) The participant is the sole and exclusive owner of the photo/video;
b) The photo/video will not infringe on any rights of any third parties; and
c) Any third parties appearing in the photo/video have given the participant the appropriate consent to be photographed/filmed and used as permitted herein.
The organizers are not liable for any photos/videos shared that have not received the proper consent from any third parties.
The completed bingo card or list of activities completed must be received by Thursday, August 4 at 11:59 pm.
Emails, pictures, videos, and phone calls received after the closing date and time listed above will be considered void.
All personal and confidential information received by the contest organizers will be processed according to Townshippers’ Association’s Privacy Policy, which is available for consultation on their website: https://townshippers.org/privacy-policy/.
By participating in this drawing, participants (and their legal guardians) agree to the terms and conditions of these official rules. All applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations apply to this drawing. This drawing is void where prohibited by law.
How to Enter
The participants wishing to enter the draw must complete and return their completed Summer Adventures Bingo Card by fulfilling the requirements noted above.
Selection of the Winner
One winner will be drawn from the entries and announced on August 11, 2022 at 12:00 pm. The winner will be announced on the Summer Adventures – Bingo Facebook page and will receive a phone call and an email on the same day.
Prize
One $200.00 gift card to the Granby Zoo.
Winner Notification Process
The winner will be notified by email and by phone following the drawing. If the winner remains unreachable for a period of one week (seven days), they will be considered to have forfeited their prize and a new winner will be selected from among the other entries submitted. Should a winner be underage, or have no email address, an email will be sent to his/her parents or legal guardian.
Once the winner has been notified, the winner and the organizers will arrange prize delivery.
