You are invited to join me (Andie) on Monday mornings for Yoga in the Park, in Sutton!

This class will be a Yin-Yang-Yin style class, starting out calm and relaxed, slowly building up to some more energetic poses, then winding down to some deep and relaxing stretches to finish off.

We’ll meet at the Goyette Hill Park, just behind the baseball diamond in the small soccer field. There is parking off of Western Street, near #91.

Instruction is in English, but easy to follow along visually if you don’t understand.

In case of bad weather, classes will be held at the Sutton Town Hall (Ville de Sutton), located at
11 Rue Principale S.
(Enter at the left side of the building, where the ramp is located)

After our practice, you’re all invited to join me at Mo’Café for a coffee or lunch!

Please bring your own mat, or contact me if you’d like to borrow one.
